Dr. Russell was extremely professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and caring. He and his entire staff were exceptional. After spending considerable time checking my lesion and doing a painless biopsy, Dr. Russell informed me, in a very understanding way, that I had skin cancer, (not an easy conversation to have). He immediately took the time to tell me about all the positive treatments that were available, and referred me to a surgeon that routinely worked on skin cancer lesions such as mine. In short, when I left Dr. Russell, I knew that I just saw an outstanding Dermatologist and felt extremely positive about my prognosis. A few days later the biopsy results were confirmed and my appointment with the surgeon was quickly made by his efficient staff.

I find Dr. James Russell to be as easy going and approachable as any physician I have ever seen. He's a master at avoiding the jargon of his specialty and explaining things so they are easily understood by a non MD. I feel blessed to be able to continue my care with another exceptional Dr. Russell.

Dr. Ruggeri is amazing! She was very thorough in my initial check up with her, took necessary time and I felt sincerely cared about as a patient. She was personable and easy to talk to. This follow up visit, she explained every step of the procedure and made sure I was okay with it all. I am thankful for her and know that I am in very good hands with her care.

I cannot say enough about the time, attention and care that I receive from Dr. Ruggeri. I have referred countless people to her as she is an exceptional doctor who has never failed to help me understand my options and work with me to find a solution that I am comfortable with. Dr. Ruggeri is always so pleasant and very empathetic to your concerns. She knows exactly what is wrong and then proceeds to explain your condition and the treatment provided. I was very concerned about my condition before my appointment. Upon leaving her office I was very relieved by what she told me and the treatment required. She also advised her staff to find a pharmacy for me that had the lowest price for the prescription I required, as this medication could be very expensive. Dr. Schuckit is so pleasant and professional to work with. In addition to me, he treats both of my teenage boys and has been right about every treatment. He remembers them and asks about them at my appointment which is not expected but appreciated. I couldn't be more pleased with the care that I receive from him. Dr. Schuckit is clearly trained in Motivational Interviewing or another type of excellent communication skills/bedside manner. He asked several times throughout the conversation, "What do you think about this?" in a non‐awkward way. He balanced his "expert" role with listening to my concerns and was full of care and concern. It's easy to find a doctor who is skilled in his/her profession, but it's much harder to find a doctor who is ALSO skilled in reflective listening. Because Dr. Schuckit was the doctor with the first calendar opening when I called, I thought to myself before the appointment, "maybe this is the doctor nobody wants to see ‐ which is why he has an opening." I could not have been more wrong! Everyone should be seeing this doctor who is skilled in attending to patient concerns and partnering in the decision‐making process. Thank you!

Dr. Schuckit is very compassionate and he provides patients with consistent, superior care. He and his Staff, particularly Becky, go out of their way to assure prescriptions are filled without glitches and messages in Azalea are responded to the same day. I can't thank Dr. Schuckit and team enough for seeing my daughter through a very difficult acne situation. She has her confidence back THANKS TO YOU!

What a wonderful man! I told my husband that Dr. Schuckit is probably one of the nicest persons I have ever met personable, friendly, and gentle. Was worried all day about the appointment for nothing! He totally put me at ease. I have already given his name to 3 family/friends. He removed something from my face and sent it off for biopsy; thank God he did as it turns out I have squamous cell carcinoma. I am so lucky to have had such a SMART and concerned doctor! I have only seen Doctor Schuckit twice, but in both instances, he was personable, professional and direct. I not only feel I was well care for, but my time wasn't wasted sitting around or having irrelevant discussions. He was completely on task, addressed my issues and got me on my way quickly. I wish all medical experiences were like this.

Dr. Schuckit is very "heartfelt" when an issue does arise and wants to make sure you understand the importance of taking care of it immediately to avoid more of an issue. He cares about you as a patient and addresses your fears and future concerns. Leah is amazing! My 16‐year‐old son is seeing her for acne. He was resistant to go see a specialist for acne because it is embarrassing. Leah made him, and me, incredibly comfortable. She explained the treatments that she wanted to start him on and also explained what we could also try if the first treatment did not work. I saw relief on his face knowing there was a treatment for the acne. Leah is an asset to the office and will be who our family will be seeing and who we will recommend to anyone that asks.

Lauren Wile did an outstanding job of helping me understand my situation, performed a biopsy seamlessly and followed up promptly with results and did a great job of enabling the next phase of my treatment by recommending a Mohs professional which I am set up to see in March to get my condition resolved.

I have seen other Dermatologists in the past and none were as nice and as helpful as Lauren. It was a pleasure being seen by her. She helped me a great deal and the issue I was having is clearing up nicely. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.
