This was my first visit to dermatology specialist. Lauren was professional but personable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. She gave me clear directions as to what needed me to do. Lauren moved briskly through the appointment but did not rush. It was great that her medical assistant was able to spend some extra time to answer some additional questions regarding my prescription. They make a good team.
