Dr. Schuckit is very “heartfelt” when an issue does arise and wants to make sure you understand the importance of taking care of it immediately to avoid more of an issue. He cares about you as a patient and addresses your fears and future concerns. I believe he truly does feel bad when he knows the procedure he performs is going to cause you pain and discomfort and does everything he can to make the process as bearable and pain free as possible.
