Dr. Russell was extremely professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and caring. He and his entire staff were exceptional. After spending considerable time checking my lesion and doing a painless biopsy, Dr. Russell informed me, in a very understanding way, that I had skin cancer, (not an easy conversation to have). He immediately took the time to tell me about all the positive treatments that were available, and referred me to a surgeon that routinely worked on skin cancer lesions such as mine. In short, when I left Dr. Russell, I knew that I just saw an outstanding Dermatologist and felt extremely positive about my prognosis. A few days later the biopsy results were confirmed and my appointment with the surgeon was quickly made by his efficient staff.
