Dr. Ruggeri is always so pleasant and very empathetic to your concerns. She knows exactly what is wrong and then proceeds to explain your condition and the treatment provided. I was very concerned about my condition before my appointment. Upon leaving her office I was very relieved by what she told me and the treatment required. She also advised her staff to find a pharmacy for me that had the lowest price for the prescription I required, as this medication could be very expensive. She definitely went above and beyond what I expected.
