Juvéderm® Ultra XC and Juvéderm® Ultra Plus XC
These are dermal fillers comprised of Hyaluronic Acid (HA). These are smooth gels, not animal derived and so allergy reactions are almost virtually eliminated. These are smooth gels which can add volume and diminish the appearance of wrinkles. Often used in areas of the smile line, marionette and lip lines, these are among the original products in the Juvéderm® family.
Juvéderm Vollure™ XC
Vollure™ is a Hyaluronic Acid (HA) with Vycross technology. At Affiliated Dermatologists our physicians turn to trusted products. Vollure is one of the recent products introduced with special technology known as Vycross. This Vycross technology helps make the HA a more cohesive gel which blends the low and high molecular weight HA, making it an ideal filler for many areas of the face. This new technology also minimizes post treatment welling. This Vycross technology is also used in other products of the Juvéderm® family, namely Juvéderm Vobella® and Juvéderm Voluma®.
Juvéderm Vobella®
Juvéderm Vobella ® is a filler used for lip augmentation and enhancement. It is a Hyaluronic Acid (HA) dermal filler using Vycross technology. This filler is used to augment and define lip lines (vermillion border), smooth perioral lines or vertical lip lines and soften the deep recesses at the corners of the mouth (marionette lines)
Juvéderm Voluma® XC
This is a Hyaluroninc Acid (HA) used for deep cheek augmentation, or mid- face filler. This type of injection adds contour and volume to the cheek. With age, the volume loss can be from diminished production of Hyaluronic acid resulting in sagging wrinkles, creases, and flattening of the mid face. Juvéderm Voluma® XC is a product which is injected into the cheek area in the mid face to produce a naturally contoured face.
